Publication and Indexation<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

All papers accepted for publication will be published in Springer CCIS Series \u2014 Communications in Computer and Information Science.<\/p>\n

CCIS is abstracted\/indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago and Scopus. CCIS volumes are also submitted to be included in ISI Proceedings.<\/p>\n

Type of Papers<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Full papers<\/u> correspond to academic-scientific works that provide some original contribution to the Conference topics. They must be written in English and must not exceed 14 pages.
\n– Short papers<\/u> correspond to on-going research or postgraduate thesis, and may present novel ideas with preliminary results. They must be written in English and must not exceed 5 pages.<\/p>\n

Originality and Review Process<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Papers must not have been previously published or submitted elsewhere. In addition, they will be scanned using the iThenticate plagiarism check tool.
\nAll paper submissions will be reviewed by three experts and returned to the author(s).<\/p>\n

Springer Nature Code of Conduct for Book Authors<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Authors should follow the minimum standards as set out in the Springer Nature Code of Conduct for Book Authors<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Formatting instructions<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Authors should consult Springer\u2019s authors\u2019 guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for MSWord, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each accepted paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form<\/a>, through which the copyright for their paper is transferred to Springer .<\/p>\n

Important note:<\/strong> The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference. Virtual presentations will be available<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Registration fees<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Both registration and article publication are free of charges.<\/p>\n

Best Paper Award<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Purpose<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This award recognizes the best paper presented at the Conference, considering technical work, originality, potential impact on the field, clarity of the written paper, and quality of the conference presentation.<\/p>\n

Eligibility<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

All full papers submitted and published in the conference proceedings of the year are eligible for competition for the Best Paper Award.<\/p>\n

Prize<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A signed and stamped official award certificate with the name of the award, the name of the paper, and the names of the authors of the paper.<\/p>\n
